Daevik – Refund Policy
At Daevik, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Please read our refund terms below:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Note: No refund will be issued without a proper unboxing video.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
-
Size issues of bracelets (free resizing can be provided where possible)

Natural variations in crystals, stones, or handmade products
-
Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
Crystals & bracelets may have natural textures or slight color variations — these are not considered defects.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:

We will verify the complaint and proof.

Your refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

COD refunds will be issued via UPI/bank transfer.
Wrong / Damaged Product Received
To get a refund or free replacement:

Record a clear unboxing video from start to end.

Share the video with your order ID within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank/UPI statement

Contact your bank if needed
