Daevik – Refund Policy

At Daevik, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Please read our refund terms below:


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Note: No refund will be issued without a proper unboxing video.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues of bracelets (free resizing can be provided where possible)

  • Natural variations in crystals, stones, or handmade products

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

Crystals & bracelets may have natural textures or slight color variations — these are not considered defects.


Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  1. We will verify the complaint and proof.

  2. Your refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

  3. COD refunds will be issued via UPI/bank transfer.


Wrong / Damaged Product Received

To get a refund or free replacement:

  • Record a clear unboxing video from start to end.

  • Share the video with your order ID within 48 hours of delivery.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank/UPI statement

  • Contact your bank if needed

  • Then reach out to us for support
