At Daevik, we aim to deliver your products safely, quickly, and with complete transparency. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping Duration

Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 7-10 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 10-14 business days

  • Remote Areas: 14-16 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to festivals, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders across India.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply depending on order value.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID.

  • You can track your package using the link provided.


Packaging

  • All products are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.

  • Fragile items (crystals, bracelets, plates, etc.) are packed with extra protective layers.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • If the address entered is incorrect or delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • For COD orders, repeated failed deliveries may lead to order cancellation.


International Shipping

  • Currently, Daevik ships only within India.

  • International shipping will be added soon.
